Change Management Policy
- All edits must follow the
/schema.yamlstructure. - New or revised documents require review by a Creative Arts Director or Ministry Lead.
- Version updates are labeled sequentially (v1.1, v1.2…) and logged here.
- Major revisions (v2.0, v3.0, etc.) represent significant structural or theological updates.
- Each edit entry must include author initials and a one-line summary.
