Volunteer Onboarding Path

Step 1 - Introduction

Attend a brief orientation covering our mission, expectations, and ministry philosophy.

Step 2 - Application

Complete the volunteer form and background check (if applicable). Indicate preferred areas: acting, singing, tech, support.

Step 3 - Interview & Placement

Meet with the director or ministry lead to discuss gifting, availability, and comfort level.

Step 4 - Training

Participate in at least one training rehearsal or tech workshop before serving.

Step 5 - Serve & Reflect

Begin rehearsals, stay teachable, and share feedback after each production cycle.
