- Vision Casting - Define the message, tone, and flow of each production in alignment with church leadership.
- Communication - Provide clear expectations, updates, and direction to all volunteers and departments.
- Coordination - Oversee collaboration between acting, singing, tech, and pastoral teams.
- Rehearsal Leadership - Plan rehearsals, set pacing, and ensure efficient use of time.
- Pastoral Sensitivity - Address personal or spiritual needs within the team with gentleness and care.
- Evaluation & Growth - Conduct debriefs after events; celebrate wins and identify areas for improvement.
